Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Deployment Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for restaurant technology and maintain ownership of deployment-related tasks
- Cross-train to support various programs, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors and the Service Desk
- Analyze customer workflows and facilitate operational support, while documenting troubleshooting processes for team use
Required Qualifications
- At least 1+ year of IT Help Desk and customer service experience
- Strong technical understanding of computer concepts and troubleshooting
- Business knowledge to problem solve and lead less experienced team members
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, and/or CompTIA A+ or Network+ Certifications preferred
- Availability for rotational night and weekend support
