Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst - Virtual.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support for Leave of Absence Management software products while adhering to established SLAs
- Troubleshoot incoming incidents and convert them into the internal defect tracking system for resolution
- Act as a liaison between internal/external customers and management for issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Three years of experience with .NET core
- Three years of experience with AWS or other cloud providers
- In-depth knowledge of system tools such as New Relic, Elasticsearch, App Dynamics, or Splunk
- Experience with SQL Server, including writing complex ad-hoc queries
- Knowledge of ITIL and service-based delivery models with 24/7 operations
