Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Associate to manage IT operations and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides technical support for personal computer hardware, software, and mainframe technology
• Sets up and configures desktop computers and peripherals, and administers user accounts
• Troubleshoots and repairs computer equipment, acting as a customer liaison for computing operations

Required Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent IT diploma
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in data processing and computer operations training
• Knowledge of various hardware, software, programming languages, and operating systems
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Intune (Azure AD)
