A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist in Mumbai for a full-time position in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth technology usage for employees in Mumbai, Berlin, and New York
• Support the IT infrastructure team in administering back-office IT systems
• Resolve issues on 1st and 2nd level support and assist in cloud-first strategy implementation

Required Qualifications

• Completed training in the IT field or comparable professional experience
• 2 - 4 years of experience in administering operating systems and network infrastructure
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 / Azure AD and creating PowerShell scripts
• Ideally, experience administrating Entra and Intune
