IT Systems Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Administrator to manage and optimize their technical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and optimize core systems such as Azure AD, Okta, and O365
• Support a range of cloud workloads and collaborate across teams to enhance internal tools
• Troubleshoot issues across Windows and macOS environments and improve documentation and user resources

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in managing cloud-based and enterprise tech environments
• Deep knowledge of Office 365, Azure AD, and Exchange Online
• Experience with IAM tools like Okta and Active Directory
• Scripting proficiency in PowerShell or Python
• Hands-on experience with Intune and managing both Mac and Windows platforms
