IT Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between the business community and IT to provide technical solutions and ensure requirements are translated into specifications
• Conduct systems analysis, evaluation, and code analysis to ensure system integrity and performance
• Collaborate with teams to develop project plans, assist in user acceptance testing, and identify areas for improvement in application delivery

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of related work experience
• Working knowledge of information systems and operational systems in a corporate environment
• Proficiency in SQL Server and ability to conduct SQL queries
• Familiarity with workforce management and scheduling software solutions desired
