Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Specialist & Web Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, routing, and firewall configurations
• Manage web hosting environments, DNS settings, and website deployments
• Provide support for Mac environments, Google Workspace accounts, and system integrations

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on IT support experience in a mixed OS environment
• Strong understanding of networking, systems integration, and cloud platforms
• Proficiency with WordPress, Bash/SSH, SQL, and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with macOS, Windows 11, and database platforms
• Ability to pass a background check and full COVID-19 vaccination required
