Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years in technical project management or software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience delivering cloud-based solutions in AWS environments
• Strong programming skills in C#, with experience in data migration
• Familiarity with cloud security and compliance best practices in regulated industries
