Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Technician I.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktop computers, laptops, applications, and related technology
• Perform equipment configuration, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance
• Document issues and interact with IT team members and customers to ensure satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge in a similar role
• Knowledge of desktop and mobile devices, as well as network connectivity
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office O365 applications
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and interact with various customer levels
• Willingness to work variable shifts and respond to on-call requests
