IT Technician II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Technician I to provide technical support for desktop computers and related technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with technical support for desktop computers, applications, and related technology
• Perform equipment configuration, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance
• Document issues and support customer satisfaction for IT activities and services

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge in a similar role
• Knowledge of desktop, mobile devices, and network connectivity
• Experience with Microsoft Office O365 applications
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and interact with various levels of customers
• Willingness to work variable shifts and respond to on-call duties
