Job Summary

A company is looking for an ITSM Administrator to support the modernization of enterprise service delivery systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, and optimize service request workflows using Digital Workplace
  • Rebuild existing service requests from a legacy environment and manage ITSM administration activities
  • Provide training and documentation support, and contribute to the internal knowledgebase and process documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience designing and creating service requests within the Digital Workplace platform
  • Familiarity with Remedy ITSM, ideally version 23.x or later
  • Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks and service delivery best practices
  • Experience maintaining process documentation and internal knowledgebase content
  • Hands-on experience managing CIs within a CMDB and/or administering SLAs is preferred
