Job Summary
A company is looking for an ITSM Administrator to support the modernization of enterprise service delivery systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and optimize service request workflows using Digital Workplace
- Rebuild existing service requests from a legacy environment and manage ITSM administration activities
- Provide training and documentation support, and contribute to the internal knowledgebase and process documentation
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience designing and creating service requests within the Digital Workplace platform
- Familiarity with Remedy ITSM, ideally version 23.x or later
- Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks and service delivery best practices
- Experience maintaining process documentation and internal knowledgebase content
- Hands-on experience managing CIs within a CMDB and/or administering SLAs is preferred
