Key Responsibilities

• Independently host online focus group sessions and provide technical support during sessions
• Promptly respond to customer requests via tickets, chats, emails, and phone
• Perform tasks related to QualProduct setup and maintain organization and documentation for projects

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 1 year experience in technical support or customer service
• Fluency in Japanese
• Proficiency in software such as Excel and Microsoft Office Suite or Google equivalents
• Strong technical abilities with web-based applications
