Java Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Java Software Engineer to develop and enhance defense system capabilities remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions to complex problems and support the software development lifecycle
• Design, develop, document, test, and debug applications software while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Coordinate software testing and deployment to ensure compliance with specifications and assist operational teams in troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• Education: 2 years of experience with a BS/BA or 0 years with an MS/MA
• Active Secret clearance required
• Experience in developing Web Services / RESTful APIs and API Integration
• Full stack development experience using Java as a core competency
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with cloud technologies, specifically AWS
