Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and train customers on software, creating customized training programs
- Regularly communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met and maximize software value
- Manage customer accounts and provide support for product usage and technical issues
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in legal technology or SaaS
- Experience in training and interacting with customers
- Interest in learning about new technology and AI-based software
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
