A company is looking for a Job Search Coach (Marketplace Partner).

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through a structured 90-day, 10-session coaching journey
• Support clients with resume rewrites, LinkedIn updates, and interview preparation
• Participate in community learning sessions and contribute to coaching tools and processes

Required Qualifications

• Experience in coaching or guiding others through career transitions
• Comfort with technology, including Google Meet, Slack, and Docs
• Availability for bi-weekly capability calls
• Interest in AI and building people-first transitions
• A four-year college degree is preferred
