A company is looking for a Junior Account Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and understand client issues and escalate them to the appropriate team
- Answer inbound communications from clients with a positive attitude
- Track and clarify client issues within in-house systems to improve service processes
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of mortgage customer service or service industry experience
- Successful track record in customer service
- Ability to remain calm and positive in stressful situations
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite; experience with LOS preferred
