A company is looking for a Jr Account Payable Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices and payments while ensuring compliance with company policies and IRS regulations
- Monitor departmental reporting processes to identify and resolve issues
- Collaborate across departments to support system and process enhancements related to Accounts Payable
Required Qualifications
- Minimum HS Diploma or GED; previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Knowledge of accounts payable and related regulations
- Ability to adjust workflow to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using software and standard office equipment, including MS Office
- Ability to handle confidential information and operate in a standard office environment
