A company is looking for a Junior Business Administrator to provide high-level administrative support in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining records management systems
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other documents
- File and retrieve corporate documents and prepare agendas for meetings
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years' experience with booking travel
- 3+ years' experience in data management and supporting general management level and up
- 3-7 overall years of experience in the field
- Calendaring experience and experience supporting executives
