Junior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Business Analyst (Solutions) to support the Solutions team with internal and external enablement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain intuitive dashboards illustrating customer insights and scenario outcomes
• Support the development of reusable enablement assets tailored to key personas
• Contribute to demo preparation and delivery, including building walkthrough scripts and responding to customer questions

Required Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience in business analysis, technical marketing, or customer support/enablement (internship experience welcome)
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or advanced Excel
• Comfort with structured data and tools like SQL; familiarity with APIs, Python, or R is a bonus
• Interest in the energy industry, policy analysis, or enterprise software modeling
• Self-starter mindset with a commitment to quality
