Junior Closer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Closer to support the Closing Department and learn the workflow of a Closer for future advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign loans to divisional Closers while managing Loan Officer and program carve-outs
• Update the loan assigning process to include bulk assignments and prepare daily reports for review
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures related to Closer functions and communicate with team members

Required Qualifications

• General residential mortgage operations experience
• Understanding of TRID timeline requirements
• Experience with Byte is preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of Excel is a plus
