Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior Encompass Support Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage Encompass support cases within established SLAs
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for system issues and assist with user onboarding and offboarding processes
- Collaborate with senior administrators to document issues and perform routine audits and maintenance tasks
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree or coursework in Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred
- 1+ year of experience in a technical support, administrative, or help desk environment preferred
- Basic understanding of Loan Origination Systems, preferably Encompass by ICE Mortgage Technology
- Prior experience in mortgage operations or loan origination systems is a plus
