Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior HR Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the HR Administrator to address employee queries and direct them to self-service resources
- Support managers and HR Business Partners with performance management and HR procedures
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and employment documentation, and facilitate employee transfers
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a multi-country generalist HR role within an international organization
- Understanding of employment legislation in the UK and/or USA
- Experience in drafting HR policies and contracts
- Familiarity with recruitment and onboarding best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced English language skills
