Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the HR Administrator to address employee queries and direct them to self-service resources
  • Support managers and HR Business Partners with performance management and HR procedures
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and employment documentation, and facilitate employee transfers
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a multi-country generalist HR role within an international organization
  • Understanding of employment legislation in the UK and/or USA
  • Experience in drafting HR policies and contracts
  • Familiarity with recruitment and onboarding best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced English language skills
