Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR initiatives and special projects, providing administrative assistance as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR support role with HRIS administration
  • Experience with at least one HRIS platform
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas
  • Understanding of HR practices and compliance with state and federal laws
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
