Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR support role with HRIS administration
- Experience with at least one HRIS platform
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas
- Understanding of HR practices and compliance with state and federal laws
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
