Required Qualifications

• 12-36 months of experience in Desktop Support
• Experience with Active Directory, networking concepts, and Windows operating systems
• Experience with mobile device management and client-based security management tools
• Knowledge of cyber security best practices and compliance
• Relevant certifications in MS Windows
