Key Responsibilities
- Set up and configure mobile phones, PCs, laptops, and tablets for the team
- Create user-friendly guides and manuals for hardware and software
- Maintain databases and assist colleagues with hardware/software inquiries
Required Qualifications
- First experience in an IT-related role
- Familiarity with Jira for service ticket management
- Confident using Microsoft 365 tools
- Ideally, knowledge of the open-source ticket system Zammad
- Basic knowledge of IT security is a bonus
