Key Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and monitor paid social campaigns primarily on Meta to meet performance targets
- Analyze metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and revenue to identify opportunities for real-time optimizations
- Use performance data to guide budget scaling decisions while ensuring campaign efficiency
Qualifications
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager (internships, agency, or brand-side accepted)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy
- Familiarity with paid social KPIs, bidding strategies, and media buying fundamentals
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for campaign tracking and reporting
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
