Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and manage client requests and incidents
• Analyze, investigate, and develop solutions to ensure full functionality of services offered to clients
• Monitor the client's technical environment and provide technical reports on incidents

Required Qualifications

• Experience in IP network operations
• Knowledge of IP, MPLS, ISIS, and BGP protocols
• Certifications in IP Networking (Nokia, Cisco, Juniper) are desirable
