Junior Product Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jr. Product Design Engineer - Mechanical/Electrical (Remote - US).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, integration, and validation of mechanical and electrical components for IoT solutions in industrial rail applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless hardware and software integration
• Conduct testing to ensure product reliability under extreme conditions and compliance with industry standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and basic electrical design tools
• Foundational knowledge of mechanical and electrical design principles
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new engineering tools and methodologies
