Junior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Product Manager to help shape the future of their CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer and user needs, gather feedback, and write documentation
• Conceptualize, design, and refine product features with clear specifications for developers
• Collaborate with engineers to assess feasibility and validate solutions scalability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or similar
• 1+ year in Product Management or 3+ years in Product Design or Software Development
• Hands-on experience with digital products, especially cloud-based software
• Solid understanding of the full product development lifecycle
• Strong English (B2+), plus Italian or Spanish
