A company is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with HR and leadership to support full cycle recruiting efforts
- Sources candidates through various channels and maintains a talent pipeline
- Ensures compliance with employment laws and assists in job description development
Required Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance
- Previous experience recruiting within the Federal Government or Federal Contracting space
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of experience
- 2 to 4 years of recruiting experience, including technical and proposal recruiting
- Knowledge of Federal Government security clearances and job posting platforms
