Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborates with HR and leadership to support full cycle recruiting efforts
  • Sources candidates through various channels and maintains a talent pipeline
  • Ensures compliance with employment laws and assists in job description development
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance
  • Previous experience recruiting within the Federal Government or Federal Contracting space
  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of experience
  • 2 to 4 years of recruiting experience, including technical and proposal recruiting
  • Knowledge of Federal Government security clearances and job posting platforms
