A company is looking for a Junior Technical Account Manager who will support technical strategies to enhance client satisfaction and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer needs and suggest upgrades or features for client campaigns
- Communicate with internal teams regarding campaign delivery data and manage client Insertion Order data
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, advocating for clients and ensuring effective use of the platform
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing
- Highly proficient in Excel; familiarity with JIRA and Google Analytics
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills to provide insights from data
