Job Summary

A company is looking for a Video Support Engineer Junior.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support and training services for Video Collaboration (VC) systems
• Develop User Guides, Cheat Sheets, and Quick Reference Guides for VC systems
• Assist in troubleshooting user issues during virtual meetings

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma with 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with Video Collaboration (VC) systems
• Ability to apply fundamental concepts, processes, and practices on technical assignments
• Practical experience and training in a related field
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and successfully complete a Public Trust background investigation
