Job Summary
A company is looking for an Individual Sales Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact in a high-volume inbound sales and service call center, addressing customer inquiries and needs
- Process benefit changes, cancellations, and provide accurate product information while supporting the sales team with lead pre-qualification and appointment setting
- Conduct outbound calls for quality assurance and prospecting, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Two years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales environment
- Data entry experience is necessary
- Ability to obtain a Kansas Insurance Department License for Life, Accident and Health within 90 days of hire
- AHIP certification and FFM certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire
