Job Summary
A company is looking for a Key Account Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for selected clients and manage contract performance
- Identify and drive business development opportunities while collaborating with the sales team
- Report on project performance to clients' Senior Management and ensure high customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in a customer care representative or administrative role (Required)
- Proficiency in using various computer software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
