A company is looking for a Knowledge Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the ServiceNow Knowledgebase and other platforms
- Develop structured knowledge transfer processes and coordinate training sessions for engineering teams
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to enhance knowledge discovery and ensure seamless knowledge transition between teams
Required Qualifications
- BS degree with 5-7 years of experience, MS with 3-5 years, or PhD with 0-2 years of experience
- Experience in overseeing documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Proficiency in developing structured knowledge transfer processes and creating SOPs
- Familiarity with Knowledge Management Systems such as ServiceNow, Confluence, SharePoint, or Teams
- Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and clearance
