As a Kohl’s Warehouse Material Handler at Kohl’s, you will be responsible for various tasks within the distribution center, including receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise. You will ensure that all products are handled efficiently and accurately, supporting the timely replenishment of store inventory and online orders. Your role is crucial in maintaining the flow of goods and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, receive, and manage incoming parcels.
• Keep merchandise organized in designated areas within the warehouse.
• Gather, prepare, and package orders for delivery to stores and customers.
• Engage with pallet jacks and hand trucks for movement of goods in the warehouse.
• Execute stock audits and maintain precise inventory records.
• Implement measures to uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety in the warehouse.
• Work collectively with team members to fulfill productivity and accuracy quotas.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
