Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with account-related inquiries in both English and Korean
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding member account reviews, payment assistance, and program enrollments
- Provide guidance on card benefits and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Fluency in both English and Korean
- Typing skills of at least 25 words per minute
- Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency for navigating multiple systems
- Open availability between 8:30am-5pm EST, Monday through Friday
