Language Testing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Language Testing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and revise test items for English language proficiency assessments
• Conduct qualitative analyses of student responses and implement stakeholder feedback
• Coordinate item development tasks and ensure quality control of test materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least two years of experience, or a Master's degree in a relevant field
• Experience working with K-12 English learners in U.S. school contexts
• Experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL)
• Experience developing ESL/EFL tests for K-12 students
• Knowledge of English language development and K-12 education standards
