Job Summary
A company is looking for a BSW Social Worker for a Quality Operations Call Center position, which is remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephonic outreach to meet quality metrics and production targets
- Perform comprehensive assessments and document findings per department requirements
- Coordinate resources and support for members to improve Social Determinants of Health
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) from an accredited program
- Active, unrestricted Compact Licensed Social Worker (LBSW) in the state of work
- 2+ years of experience as a social worker in a healthcare delivery setting
- Experience addressing Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) and associated barriers
- Proficient in PC software skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
