Lead AI Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead AI Developer - Azure OpenAI & ML Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable AI features using Azure OpenAI and custom orchestration layers
• Build high-performance retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and architect ingestion workflows
• Provide architectural guidance, mentor engineers, and ensure secure handling of sensitive data

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI, ML, or NLP development
• Expertise in RAG pipelines, chunking, embedding tuning, and vector search
• Advanced .NET development experience, especially with Semantic Kernel and Transformers
• Strong knowledge of Azure AI services and cloud security patterns
• Experience with AI deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
