Key Responsibilities
- Manage the development, design, and maintenance of Data Warehouses and transformational tools
- Design, build, and manage data pipelines to ensure data accessibility, accuracy, and security
- Document and maintain data models and metadata management solutions for efficient data use
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant data analytics experience, or a Graduate Degree with 7 years of experience, or 13 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Data Pipeline development or ETL tools
- 2-3 years of experience working with HR data
