Key Responsibilities
- Manage and review faculty employee data, including appointments, transfers, promotions, and terminations
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with HR policies while documenting procedures for system improvements
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and facilitate presentations for educational initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
