Lead DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to manage a team and collaborate with a client's DevOps team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers in deployment, automation, and monitoring best practices
• Collaborate with client DevOps teams to align infrastructure goals and facilitate application migration to Kubernetes
• Design and manage scalable multi-cloud infrastructure solutions, ensuring robust monitoring and incident response

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure automation
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and basic programming experience in Java or Python
• Deep understanding of Linux-based systems administration and experience with AWS
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and experience in building CI/CD pipelines
• Prior experience leading a team in client-facing or cross-functional environments
