A company is looking for a Lead Fraud Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fraud escalations and investigations, including customer-reported events and chargebacks
- Optimize fraud investigation handling procedures and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Perform root-cause analysis of fraud vulnerabilities and train customer-facing teams on verification methodologies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in fraud investigations or similar operations roles
- Demonstrable SQL-based querying skills; experience with MongoDB is a plus
- Familiarity with chargebacks, disputes, and the full lifecycle of ACH
- Experience in developing rules-based fraud detection systems
- Ability to create and provide training on complex operational processes
