Lead Full-Stack Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Full-Stack Developer to join their team in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the offshore development team to ensure high-quality code delivery
• Assess and hire new offshore team members to maintain a strong technical workforce
• Conduct code reviews and monitor progress to ensure timely deliverables and technical alignment

Required Qualifications:

• 8-10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development
• Strong expertise in React.js and Java Spring Boot
• Proven leadership experience managing remote or offshore teams
• Deep understanding of cloud computing, DevOps methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
