Lead Industrial Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Warehouse Lead Industrial Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data to identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement plans
• Manage high-impact continuous improvement projects and support operational start-ups and expansions
• Coach employees in engineering methodologies and facilitate Value Stream Maps and Kaizen Events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain with 7+ years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5+ years of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Advanced knowledge of engineering methods, data analysis, and Lean tools
• Experience with warehouse design tools and automation solutions
• Lean Six Sigma certification is required; cPMP and ISO/QMS certifications are preferred
