Lead Payment Posting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Payment Posting.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily bank deposits and verify amounts for posting
• Lead and oversee the Payment Posting Team, ensuring efficient cash application processes
• Assist in training new hires and provide ongoing support to team members

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED
• 3-5 years of Payment Posting experience in a medical setting
• Experience with bank reconciliation and month-end balancing
• Knowledge of Accounting, EFT/ERA setup is a plus
• Experience with Mod Med/EMA practice management system is a plus
