Lead Production Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Production Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the backlog of bug fixes, support tickets, and maintenance tasks
• Mentor a small team of production engineers and review pull requests for technical standards
• Resolve production issues, reduce tech debt, and implement minor features as needed

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, with prior lead or mentorship experience
• Strong technical proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Swift, Kotlin)
• Proven ability to quickly triage and resolve production issues
• Experience in conducting code reviews and mentoring engineers
• Bonus: Experience in high-traffic consumer applications, gaming, or fantasy sports platforms
