Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Psychometrician to oversee the technical quality of educational assessment and analysis activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads technical operational and research projects
• Plans, coordinates, and performs statistical analysis for complex projects
• Provides guidance and oversight to project staff on technical aspects of their work

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Statistics, Education Measurement, Psychometrics, or related field with emphasis on quantitative analysis
• Advanced training in psychometric research and statistics
• At least 8 years of professional experience in assessment systems and item response theory
• Ability to work effectively as a team member in a consulting environment
