Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement testing strategies and automation infrastructure for large-scale system software
• Oversee the quality management process, including maintaining traceability matrices and reporting test status
• Lead the design and execution of test automation frameworks and performance testing

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in test automation
• 10+ years of experience in planning and implementing testing strategies for large-scale software
• 8+ years of experience interacting with clients to understand automation requirements
• 8+ years of experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
• Proficient in programming languages commonly used in test automation
